1.4 Membership: An agreement between Lift Lake and the Member for the use of Personal Training and/or Personal Group Training, with or without additional services such as nutritional consultations.
1.5 Credits: The internal system used by Lift Lake that grants the Member access to specific services. Credits are assigned based on the membership type and have a limited validity period.

1.7 House Rules: The rules established by Lift Lake regarding the use of facilities, which are always accessible via the website or listed at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
Article 2 – Applicability and Amendments to Terms
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, services, and other legal relationships between Lift Lake and the Member.
2.2 Deviations from these terms are valid only if agreed upon in writing.
2.3 Lift Lake reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally. Changes will be communicated in writing at least one month in advance. If the Member does not agree to the changes, they may terminate the agreement within this period.
Article 3 – Membership
3.1 Start and Duration: The membership begins on the start date chosen by the Member and has a monthly commitment period.
3.2 Personal Nature: Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3 Credits: Membership grants the Member a set number of credits depending on the chosen package:
Credits can be redeemed for personal training sessions.
Credits expire after a four-week period starting from the membership activation date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scheduling Personal Training sessions requires coordination with the trainer. If the personal trainer is not available and sessions are paid for but not used, they will be transferred to the following month.
3.4 Identification Requirement: Lift Lake may request identification during registration or throughout the membership term to prevent misuse.
Article 4 – Membership Fees and Payments
4.1 Payments: Membership fees are paid in advance through a recurring payment. By confirming the agreement, the Member authorizes recurring payments.
4.2 Failed Payments and Default: If a payment attempt fails, the Member will be notified in writing, and a retry will be initiated. Continued failure to pay results in default without further notice. All remaining installments become immediately payable.
4.3 Suspension for Payment Arrears: The Member cannot access services or facilities until arrears are fully settled. Lift Lake reserves the right to suspend its obligations until payment is made.
4.4 Collection Costs: If a debt collection agency is engaged, the Member is liable for statutory collection costs, with a minimum of €40, and statutory interest from the date of default.
