Variations A and B follow the same training style but feature different exercises, so you can attend multiple full-body sessions each week without repeating the same workout. The class targets every major muscle group in the body, starting with bigger, full-body movements followed by isolated exercises to focus on specific muscles.

Upper Body Strength

This class targets the chest, back, shoulders, arms, and core in a focused session. It is designed to build muscle, improve posture, enhance shoulder mobility, and support joint stability.

Lower Body Strength

Lower Body Strength

This class targets glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and core to build lower-body power. It blends functional movements and isolated muscle work to increase strength and stability through the legs and hips.

Restore

Restore is a grounding blend of gentle mobility, deep stretching, and guided breathwork designed to reset the nervous system and restore ease in the body. It will improve mobility, increase circulation, and help you fully reset—mind and body. The perfect complement to heavy training or a busy week.
