Article 7 – Credits & Memberships
7.1 For each collection of Credits, it is described how many times the Classes can be attended during the Participation Period. Unused Classes during the Term will expire automatically.
7.2 One Credit entitles the Guest to participate in one corresponding Class.
7.3 A Member is allowed to temporarily suspend/freeze their active membership for a maximum of 1 month (four weeks) within 1 year/52 weeks. During a suspension/freeze, it’s not possible to book or attend classes. For a membership suspension/freeze, email hello@liftlake.com.
7.4 The Member acknowledges that they are entering into the membership for the agreed term as stated on the Website and the Application, which begins on the date of the purchase of the first 1 (one) month of the membership.
7.5 Lift Lake offers the following memberships (see below). The membership will renew monthly until cancelled by the member, within cancellation conditions of that specific membership.
Heavy Lift - Unlimited Membership:
An Unlimited Member can join any class at any Lift Lake location with a maximum of 1 booking per day (in the case of combining a Strength Class with a Restore Class, 2 bookings per day).
Monthly Commitment = €220 per month.
Half Year Commitment = €1,200 charged at the upfront of every 6 months, the equivalent of €200 per month. (Save €240 per year compared to Monthly commitment)
Annual Commitment = €2,160 charged at the upfront of the year, the equivalent of €180 per month. (Save €480 per year compared to Monthly commitment).
Class Cancellation: All classes must be cancelled within the cancellation window.
Any Class must be cancelled more than 12 hours prior to the start time of the class by logging into the member’s Bsport account.
For any cancellation after this window, a €10 late cancellation fee will be charged to the member’s account.
There will be a €15.00 charge for any no-show for any class. This will be billed directly to the member’s account.
Membership Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period for your membership commitment (monthly, half year, or annual). Membership fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for any unused credits.
Any membership can be cancelled online from the member’s bsport account.
Upon cancellation, any unused credits expire at the end of the last monthly runtime and are not redeemable after this point. Credits do not roll over beyond the final month once cancelled.
Unlimited members can bring a friend to Class 2 (two) times per month using their credits by using the corresponding feature on Bsport. It is not allowed to bring a friend without booking them into the Class on Bsport.
Big Lift Membership
Big Lift Members have full access to 8 monthly classes – join any class on any day and at any time, across any of our Lift Lake locations.
Monthly Commitment = €185 per month (recurring).
Half Year Commitment = €1,000 charged at the upfront of every 6 months, the equivalent of €167 per month. (Save €220 per year compared to Monthly commitment)
Annual Commitment = €1,825 charged at the upfront of the year, the equivalent of €152 per month. (Save €395 per year compared to Monthly commitment).
Unused credits roll over to the following month for 1 month, as long as membership remains active. For example, if all credits in July are not used, the remaining credits from July will roll over to August. July credits will not rollover to September.

Little Lift Membership
Our Little Lift Membership gives you 4 monthly classes. Join any class on any day and at any time, across any of our Lift Lake locations.
Monthly Commitment = €100 per month (recurring).
Half Year Commitment = €550 charged at the upfront of every 6 months, the equivalent of €92 per month. (Save €100 per year compared to the Monthly commitment)
Annual Commitment = €1,000 charged at the upfront of the year, the equivalent of €83 per month. (Save €200 per year compared to the Monthly commitment).

7.6 All prices stated are inclusive of VAT. Lift Lake is authorised to adjust its rates at any time in the event of any changes to the amount of VAT without prior notice.
7.7 The Member is obligated to cover any outstanding payments before the termination date. Not complying with this regulation will result in 2 (TWO) official warnings sent to the Member in writing, followed by engaging in the services of an external collection agency in order to obtain any outstanding payments. Lift Lake is authorised to decline access to its facilities and/or suspend the membership for the Member not complying with this regulation until all outstanding payments are covered.
7.8 The membership is strictly personal and can only be transferred with the permission of Lift Lake. Such request has to be done in writing by the Member holding the membership to the official email address of Lift Lake: hello@liftlake.com
7.9 Lift Lake reserves the right to request Members for identification at any point while on the premises.
Membership fees
7.10 The membership fee must be paid by the Member using SEPA Direct Debit or with a valid Credit Card or via a payment link issued to the Member’s email address, for the entire term of the membership in advance, on a monthly basis, or, if required, for the initial or remaining term of the contract (or an extension thereof).
7.11 A processing fee of €10 will be charged to a Members account for all ‘Disputed Payments’ and will automatically be debited from the members account.
7.12 Lift Lake reserves the right to collect overdue payments.
7.13 If a SEPA Direct Debit or Credit Card payment is rejected, Lift Lake will send an automatic reminder in writing to the Member requesting to cover the outstanding payment as soon as possible. Should the payment remain incomplete, 2 (two) official warnings will be issued in writing to The Member, followed by opening a case within an external collection agency to obtain the outstanding payment.
7.14 If Lift Lake is compelled to engage the services of a collection agency in order to collect payment from the Member, the latter will also be required to pay administrative charges and any extrajudicial collection costs in the amount in accordance with the scale of collection costs. The Member will not be authorised to use the services and facilities provided by Lift Lake until such time as their overdue debt has been settled in accordance with the arrangements made with the collection agency.
Membership Cancellation
7.15 Members can cancel their membership at any time. Members can cancel their membership online on their bsport account. Upon cancellation any unused credits expire at the end of the last monthly runtime and are not redeemable after this point. Verbally requesting to terminate the membership at the Studio is not accepted as valid cancellation. Once a membership is purchased and used to book into a class, the membership is not refundable in any capacity.
Article 8 – Account Termination
8.1 The Guest can always delete their account via the Website or Mobile App. Note: Deleting your account, does not cancel your membership – to cancel a membership a member can do so first on their bsport account or they can email hello@liftlake.com
8.2 In the case of prolonged illness, injury, and/or pregnancy of the Guest, the Guest Account can be temporarily suspended or terminated after consultation and submission of a written medical certificate.
8.3 Lift Lake has the right to terminate the Guest Account with immediate effect if:
The Guest engages in unacceptable behaviour according to Lift Lake’s judgement.
The Guest systematically violated Lift Lake’s rules.
A third party uses the Guest’s Guest card due to negligence or with the Guest’s knowledge.
8.4 In the case of national restrictions or special government measures prohibiting the operation of gyms and Lift Lake thereof, a collective suspension on all active memberships may be imposed for an indefinite duration, or until the national restrictions or government measures change and regular services can be provided again. The scope, extent, and duration of the special collective membership suspension are at the sole discretion of Lift Lake, and in such a circumstance, members receive a digital notice via email issued by Lift Lake providing information about the event, (expected) duration, and any other important information.
8.5 In the case of national restrictions or special government measures limiting, but not prohibiting, the operation of gyms and Lift Lake thereof, allowing Lift Lake to provide (limited) services, Lift Lake reserves the right to continue keeping memberships active according to the regulations provided in these terms and conditions.
8.6 The membership can never be suspended retroactively.
8.7 The Member’s payment obligation will be deferred to the actual term of the suspension. The termination date of the membership contract will be extended by the term of the actual suspension. This also applies in extraordinary circumstances, such as national restrictions or emergency government measures.
Article 9 – Risk & Liability
9.1 The use of Lift Lake studios for Classes, training or activities of any kind at Lift Lake is entirely at the Guest’s own risk and responsibility.
9.2 The Guest is obliged to inform Lift Lake, before their class about their physical condition, such as injuries, illnesses, and/or other physical conditions, and provide information that the Guest reasonably understands is necessary for exercising exercises. The Guest is solely responsible for providing this information.
9.3 Both Lift Lake and its employees, including contractors, are not liable for material and/or immaterial damage resulting from an accident or injuries of the Guest and/or third parties.
9.4 Lift Lake and its employees accept no liability for damage, loss, or theft of the Guest’s or third party’s property.
9.5 The Guest is liable for damage caused to Lift Lake’s property if such damage results from negligence and/or fault of the Guest.
9.6 The exclusions and limitations of liability as stated in this article are also stipulated for the benefit of Lift Lake’s subordinates and any other individuals whose assistance Lift Lake uses in the execution of the Guest Agreement.
Valuables and Personal Property
9.7 Guests acknowledge that bringing valuables into and unto the Studio is done so at their own risk and that Lift Lake shall not be liable for the loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property, including items left in lockers, bathrooms, practise rooms, or anywhere else in the Studio. Clients acknowledge that no portion of any fees paid by them is in consideration for the safeguarding of valuables.
Article 10 – Personal Data and Privacy Policy
10.1 Each Guest is aware that they provide certain personal data to Lift Lake, such as name, age, address, and email address etc. The personal data of the Guests are strictly confidential and used solely for administrative purposes of Lift Lake.
10.2 If the Guest agrees to these Guest Terms and Conditions, the Guest gives Lift Lake permission to process their personal data for commercial purposes of Lift Lake. Any processing of personal data by Lift Lake is done in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp). Lift Lake will destroy all Guest data upon the Guest’s written request.
10.3 Lift Lake may take photos or videos of the classes or other spaces in the studio for use on social media or Lift Lake’s website. The Guest is aware of this and grants Lift Lake their permission for this.
10.4 By agreeing to these Guest Terms and Conditions, the Guest unambiguously gives Lift Lake permission to send offers to the Guest via email and other means.
Article 11 – Complaints
11.1 A Guest must report a complaint regarding any performance of Lift Lake, teachers or hosting team as soon as possible after the defect or damage has been observed, and no later than fourteen (14) days after the Guest has observed the defects or damage. The complaint is submitted via email to Lift Lake via hello@liftlake.com, stating the location and a description of the complaint.
11.2 The complaint must be complete, clearly described, and accompanied by any necessary or pertinent evidence.
11.3 Lift Lake will respond to the complaint submitted by the Guest as soon as possible, but no later than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt. If Lift Lake expects to need more time to process the complaint, it will immediately notify the Guest of this by email after such discovery.
11.4 If the complaint cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, a dispute as referred to in Article 13.4 of these Guest Terms and Conditions arises.
Article 12 – Website and Mobile App
12.1 The information provided on the website is intended solely for general informational purposes. Due to external circumstances, there may be delays, defects, and/or other imperfections in the provided information.
12.2 Although Lift Lake exercises the utmost care and pride in the curation and maintenance of its website, Lift Lake cannot guarantee that the provided information is complete, up-to-date, and/or accurate. Therefore, the Guest hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives their right to compensation for any direct or indirect damage that has arisen, arises, or will arise from the use of the personal data unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Lift Lake.
12.3 The websites of third parties to which (hyper)links are included on the website are not controlled, created, and/or maintained by Lift Lake. Therefore, Lift Lake accepts no liability for the content of these linked websites.
12.4 The website and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Nothing from this website or its content may be reproduced, stored in an automated data file, or made public in any form or manner, either electronically or mechanically, through photocopies, recordings, or any other means, without prior permission from Lift Lake.
Article 13 – Applicable Law
13.1 These Guest Terms and Conditions are effective from 15 November 2025, and may be changed or updated.
13.2 Deviations from these Guest Terms and Conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Lift Lake.
13.3 In the event that any provision in these Guest Terms and Conditions is declared void or is nullified, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Lift Lake and the Guest shall then enter into consultations to agree on new provisions to replace the void or nullified provisions, while preserving the purpose and scope of the original provision as much as possible.
13.4 Any legal relationship with Lift Lake is governed by Dutch law. All disputes between the Guest and Lift Lake arising from or in connection with the Agreement shall be exclusively settled by the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
Article 14 – Required Equipment
14.1 Guest safety and physical well-being is of primary importance to Lift Lake. To participate in any Class, it is mandatory for all guests to wear grip socks. Lift Lake reserves the right to refuse entry into the class if a member chooses not to wear grip socks. The guest will not be refunded for the class in such circumstances. If attending a Class, Grip Socks are required for safety & hygiene reasons. A guest may bring their own grip socks or they may purchase Lift Lake grip socks from the reception desk or, if applicable, via the Webshop in their BSport account.
